You would never know your reviews are hidden on Yelp unless you logged out of their site (they usually log you in automatically) and then visit each individual business' page where you wrote a review and search for yours.
News Flash: Yelp hides a ton of legitimate reviews! They especially love to hide reviews from folks who have very few connections or friends on their site and who have written only a handful of reviews.

"YELP - please stop blocking my good review! Kings Cleaning found a time to squeeze me in on very short notice before my step son arrived. The woman they sent was very pleasant, arrived on time, had her own cleaning supplies, and did a great job for an inexpensive price! I've tried a lot of different house-cleaning services and found Kings Cleaning to do exactly what you would expect for what I consider a "bargain" price. There were a few things I might have chosen to do if it were me cleaning, but the cleaning woman had to prioritize without my guidance and we had a LOT of deep cleaning needs. If you have realistic expectations, you will not be disappointed!

The house was left spotless (considering the previous tenants left a tremendous amount of garbage, filthy, scuffed floors...and unwiped cabinets and walls). I am very thorough and scoured the house to see if they cleaned areas and spots I really needed to be cleaned and was very happy (they were no longer visible).
